Spumante Pinot nero extra Brut is made of Pinot Nero grapes hand-harvested in small containers and softly pressed; winemaking is performed in temperature-controlled tanks, and the second fermentation performed as per the Martinotti methodology.
The color is light cherry red with purple shades; to the nose, it gives berry scents and hints of rose and cyclamen; the taste of this light-bodied rosè is dry, fresh, and persistent in a complex and extraordinarily balanced ensemble supported by an above-the-average acidity.
