Made primarily of our Barbera grapes with a small percentage of Croatina grapes, it has a full ruby color that fades with aging turning to maroon reflexes. To the nose it has a delicate but firm wine scent.
To the taste it reveals its dry, fresh, and slightly bitter characteristic.
It is a pleasing slightly sparkling wine appealing throughout the meal.
