Made of Croatina, Rara and Barbera grapes entirely grown on our vineyards, this lively sparkling red wine is a trademark of the local enology.
It has a dark red ruby color with violet reflexes, and an fine aroma with a hint of berries and flowers, and gains a touch of spices with aging.
To the taste it has a rich structure and a light tannin note, with a medium finish.
At the table it is mainly served with cured meats and first courses.
